Return & Exchange Policy

At Uttariya, every piece is crafted with care and intention. We want you to love what you receive and if something doesn't feel right, we're here to help.

 

Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and has all original tags and barcode stickers intact.

Please note the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Fabrics, sale items.

• Customised Products.

 

Store Credits

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are refunded as Uttariya Store Credits, which you can use toward any future purchase so you can take your time choosing something that truly speaks to you.

If you self-ship your return (due to pin code or pickup limitations), we'll credit up to ₹150 toward your shipping charges upon successful receipt of the product. Shipping charges on original orders are non-refundable.

 

Return Pickup

We arrange return pickups wherever possible. If your pin code isn't serviceable, you'll need to self-ship to our return address (shared at the time of request).

 

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

• Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only, so please choose thoughtfully before initiating a request.

• Slight colour variations from website images and minor misprints are natural characteristics of handcrafted products.

• Uttariya reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute or edge case.
