Named after the ancient Bengali folk art of drawing intricate patterns on clean surfaces, this dress takes the opposite approach — a single, vivid flame orange, and nothing more. No print, no embroidery, no border. Just handwoven Jamdani cotton in a colour that has been auspicious in India for centuries, cut into a silhouette that moves as freely as you do.

The fabric is pure handloom — lightweight, slightly translucent, with the characteristic texture of cotton woven by hand. It breathes through the heat. It softens with every wash. It is the kind of cloth that rewards being worn.

The silhouette is clean and generous: sleeveless, a deep round neckline, a relaxed A-line with a subtle high-low hem that falls longer at the back. A single horizontal panel adds quiet structure. One size fits most — generous enough to move in, simple enough to style in minutes.
