Easy Exchange & Return Policy
Uttariya believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal exchange/cancellation policy.
Uttariya shall ensure the accuracy of order of the products, there may be or may not be variations in colour of the actual product or might not be any variations’ against that as shown on the picture, due to nature of fabric, dyes, climatic situations daylights, night lights might differ in displays or any other technical or technological reasons.
How do I cancel an order?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped cancelation to be accepted. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
– If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, in cases where there are defects found with the product or you do not like the product. Products can be exchanged within 24 hours once delivered. However the shipping charges to ship it back to us has to bear by the customer.
If you want to exchange the product with another available product in the website, please let us know within 24hours. You can then ship the product back to us within a weeks’ time. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you. However the shipping charges to ship it back to us has to bear by the customer.
One time exchange is valid with added shipping cost by the client. Exchange to be initiated On Defective Item delivered, Wrong Item delivered .One time we provide free shipping , for exchanging shipping is bear by the client in both ways. Exchanged product price should be equal or greater than the received product. Exchange to be done in 7 days of receiving the product. After the mentioned timing exchange will not be accepted. The returned Product to be checked by Uttariya whether any tag removed / product torn or any dispute by the client, if so exchange or return will not be valid.
If you think, you have received the product in a condition with damaged or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging
Your issues needs to be proper and justified and it needs to be examined by Uttariya, If the organization find the point valid then issues to be accepted so kindly be specific to the reason.
